what is our membership programme about?

  • Maximum Studio Time: Members may attend our studio up to 4 hours per day, with a weekly cap of 16 hours to ensure fair use of studio resources.

  • Practice your skills: Use your membership time to practice your skills on the wheel or make creations using hand building techniques. This is not a class with an instructor, but time for you to expand and develop your skills.

  • Adult Only: This membership is available to adults aged 18 and over.

  • Course Requirement: To join, you must have completed at least one of our 4-week wheel throwing courses.

    • Members get access to our city center studio for 16 hours per week.

    • Members get 10% discounts on courses

    • We will arrange members social nights

    • There will be a members exhibition of pieces

  • Once you have completed a 4 Week Pottery Course in our studio, you will be able to purchase our monthly membership programme to further develop your skills on our website.

  • The membership is €99 for the first month, and then will increase to €125 afterwards.

  • As part of your membership, you will get access to our pottery wheels for up to 16 hours a week. This can be spread out at whatever is convenient for you, but we have a cap at 4 hours per day.

  • The studio is open for members from 11am - 9pm on Tuesdays to Sundays. There will be bookable slots during these times for you to reserve your place.

    We are closed on Bank Holidays.

  • Members are required to have their own designated tool kits, however if you don’t have one yet you can buy one in the studio. Your membership includes the use of our wheels for wheel throwing and our banding wheels for handbuilding.

  • We require the use of stoneware clay that fires at cone 6 in our kilns, to avoid any damage to other pieces being fired at the same time.

    Members will be able to buy their own 12.5kg bags of clay from us in the studio at €16 per bag.

  •  Firing of pieces will be extra. Pieces are weighed and priced per weight: 

    • Bisque Firing | 50c under 500g | €1 over 500g | €2.50 per kilo

    • Glaze Firing | 65c under 500g | €1.30 over 500g | €3 per kilo

  • Members can only use our reactive glazes to avoid any risk of damage to other pieces.

  • At members' inductions we offer assistance and offer a refresher to all new members.

    For specific advice, senior staff members offer consultations to provide guidance. This will be able to be booked in with our staff in advance at an additional private consultation fee.


  • We have a thirty day cancellation policy, we require members to give notice if cancelling.


  • We encourage all of our members to get social and make friends with eachother in the studio, however if you are bringing a friend they are required to have their own individual membership with us.
